Terms and Conditions:
1. The consultation shall not exceed half an hour.
2. The subject matter shall be confined to a proposed sale of property.
3. The advice given shall not be reduced to writing by the attorney, however the client may take notes.
4. The consultation is given with a view to obtaining a mandate to assist with the conveyancing of the client’s
property, but is not a pre-requisite.
5. The information obtained from the client shall remain confidential regardless whether a mandate is
obtained.
6. The consultation is provided as part of the attorney’s pro bono obligations as required by the Cape law
Society
